Extracting email addresses

I have a table in Access with a field called email. I want to email everyone that matches certain criteria (I can create a temp table and remove the ones I don't want).

Need to drop the email addresses separated by semi colons into the address field of Outlook.

I know it must be possible. I know there are thousands of email addresses.
