Extracting data from a text file to a spread sheet

Hi, i am new to VBscripting

I am trying to grab fields of data from raw data and extract them to an excell spread sheet in collums.

For example raw data below

229 RIC4CHCP7ICB
2W 681 681
1861 3895 7216 3835 3197 0

If i could export the individual data fields to a excell spreadsheet.

If you have any vbscripts i could look at that would be great.
