Extracting cab files in windows 2000

I am writing some vbscript to extract cab files for a install. I just shell out to extract to do what I need to do. Then I ran into a snag. Windows 2000 does not appear to include the extract.exe program. Does anybody know if there is a new program used for this??? And what it is called??
