Extracting a User List

open the company address book on the server from your cleint as follows:
- file|Database|Open then select the server then select the company ADDRESS BOOK and click on open.
-Click File|Export change the (save as type) to Lotus 123 and give it a name
-Open the file with Excel.

It sounds to me like you will need to create a custom view first and include all of the fields that you will want in your Excel spreadsheet as columns in the view. (You can determine the fields by bringing up the Properties of one of the people in your Directory, and going to the second tab, which will list all of the fields - like LastName, FirstName, etc.) This is the view from which you will want to start and then do your export as a 123 spreadsheet, which Excel can read.
