I'm having a problem. My first field is called {DispatchedTime} and my second field is called {ClearedTime}. I'm trying to get the time difference (minutes and seconds) between the two fields. As a formula, I entered it in as

{ClearedTime}-{DispatchedTime}

But it's returning a value of 0.

Here is the DateTime value of each field as seen for a select expert

DateTime (1992, 12, 08,06, 15, 28)

Why am I having a problem with this formula? [sig][/sig]

Ziggs,

Probably becuase they are date time values which measure in days, and your value is less than half a day.

Show 3-4 decimals on the result and I will bet that you see numbers. Or multiply the result by:

24 to get hours
1440 to get minutes
