Extracting 5300 Array Controller Drivers - Confused

I download the newest 5300 Smart Array Controller driver - cp001701.exe thinking it is a self extracting program but when I try to run it all I get is a error on my screen, no message? Anybody know what I am doing wrong?

This is a self extracting file, you should also be able to choose to open the file with winzip and extract the files. Are you sure you downloaded the complete file (352K) also what OS are you running?
