Extract the RGB values from an image

Hello

I've just downloaded the Photoshop Scripting plug-in, but I'm having difficulty writing code to extract the RGB values from my image. I can load my image in and perform filters (add noise, pinch etc) but I can't work out how to script the histogram.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
