Extract single string from a file

Have a file(contents of the file wibble.lis as below)

Log file for RRV112T2 - Ad-hoc Bill Extract Table (Re-)Create

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

Started RRV112F2.sh - Ad-hoc Bill Extract Flat File (Re-)Create

RRV112F2 - Extract file name: /xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxx/xxx/RRV112F2_27726.lst

RRV112E2 - Extract file /xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxx/xxxx/RRV112F2_27726.lst (re)generated

I want a script to read the file wibble.lis and extract the string RRV112F2_27726.lst

The RRV112F2_ is always fixed.
