I have a report that i create in access and export to pdf that is grouped by branches. Once i get it to pdf i want to extract each branch as its own separate file. Is there any way to do this. I dont know anything about acrobat. I really would appreciate any assistance you can give me.

acrobat version: professional 7.0

Thank you!!

In Acrobat pro - Document menu/Pages/Extract.

Select the pages you wwnt and extract them - creating a new pdf of teh extracted pages.

There are 70 pages in this document. Is there anyway for it to look at either a keyword, or the branch header to designate this as its separate file?

No. Just flip though the pages, jot down what you need and extract those pages.

If you created bookmarks, etc or pages have distinct big headings, open the Pages and/or Booknarks pane to see and select the pages you want.
