Extract Outlook Express e-mails to MS Word

Is there an automated way of getting names and addresses received by e-mails into a word document lable template. We currently have to copy and paste but an automated system would save hours of work.

If it helps, we can easily upgrade Outlook Express to Outlook.

Would appreciate any help.
