Extract Monthly data from Yearly Data

Hello All,

I am using Report -> select expert to pull YTD data. I am trying to populate another field called monthly data.

How can I pull in the entire YTD data and then extract monthly data from it.

Crystal doesn't populate data, but you're probably just improperly using the term.

Are you trying to display some values by month?

One way would be to create a group on the date (Insert->Group), and in the options select for each month.

Another option would be to use a Cross-tab (INsert->Cross-tab) and place the months in the columns, and the value in the summary/details.
