Extract HTML Data Table into Excel without Query

I am trying to extract a web table from an intranet website at work and paste into a worksheet in my current workbook. I was able to find a post that really helped me out with this, its shown below.


My only question is how to basically paste this into the active worksheet instead of creating a csv file. I would just like to find the table, copy and paste it into excel pretty much using the same code in the post above.
(Web Queries do not work on this website due to some security issues.)
