Extract/Dump Permissions for Shares and NTFS

Does anybody know of a way or utility of extracting/dumping the permissions for shares and NTFS file system permissions in to a usable format for generating a report/audit document for servers ?

you can checkout dumpsec at the site below if it is enough for your requirement (it's free). If not, try Hyena, on the same site. There are other software for your requirement. Hope it helps.

For share permissions try srvcheck.exe in the NT4 Resource Kit.
