Hi can anyone answer my question above if it's possible to pull the file from the pbx? Customer has professional recordings I need to extract and upload to new NS. Can it be done via file transfer utility menu? Current system is NCP500. Can the file be uploaded to mailbox so caller can leave a msg or would this have to route to a group and play ogm via queing table then sequence2 to straight to a mailbox ? Thanks!

yes you can, take the disa card out of service on the NCP and in utility message transfer to pc select ogm number or all
upload to ns much the same way except you dont have to take it out of service

no it will have to go to the svm to leave a message you can use an audio device to transfer the recording as you cant upload

Ncp saves the disa as .ogm file and not wav it's very basic. You will need a tvm to do what you need or upgrade to an NS and have um instead.
