Extract contact list from GAL or user contacts

Extracting contacts from the GAL can be done with a variety of command line tools. csvde is the one I tend to use.
Exporting contacts from a single user's contacts is an entirely separate issue. Highlight them all / however many you want. File, Import and Export.
