Extract and Save attachments from Outlook 97

Please could someone point me in the right direction so I can do the following:

I receive daily emails from the same recipient and each one contains an exe attachment. I would like to write a kind of vba filter which will take only these attachments and save them to a folder as soon as the emails are received. How could I do this? The OS is 2000 Pro.
