Extract and Convert from MS Project?

Hiya All

I need to convert the MS project data into a tab delimited
text file, but I DONT want to use the convertion utilities
in MS Project instead I want to extract the data directly from my file and auto convert it with an .exe program.

I'd like to know whar are the approaches that I can do so that I can autoconvert/convert my file to a tab delimited text file?
