Extra tags with SSI and Frontpage

I am just wondering if anyone knows how to stop FrontPage from adding extra tags to my SSI pages. Namely the html, head and body tags. If I remove them manually from a page they just return when I go back into code view.

This has become slightly annoying as when I open these pages in other editors like dreamweaver the extra tags show up as errors, also it cause problems with validating the HTML.

I think I have found the answer to my own question. Look here if anyone has a similar problem.
