Extra Records with MS Access as data source

I am trying to add in a table from an Access file as my data source. However, when I try to view the records in Crystal preview, it will list the 200 or so in the access table, and then many blank records after those. The same thing happens in with Excel. It seems as if Crystal is reading all of the blank rows after the data, and inserting those as blank records. What can I do to fix that?

Technically you can't add in tables, you cana add in rows from tables, or delete rows, etc.

Try using technical descriptions:

How you are adding rows
Example data
Expected output
