Extra Page

I can not figure out why I get an extra page between pages that actually have information on it. For e.g:
Ist Page has Info the 2nd Page has none 3rd Page has info and so on...

How do I correct this little glitch?

Check your margins on the report. There is a good possibility that is the problem. Also, make sure that there are no extra objects beyond the right margin.

If that fails, adjust the report slightly to make is smaller vertically. Perhaps you are expanding a field, beyond the physical page limit. How does it look in preview. If it is ok in preview, then that is the issue.

i had looked at that things a number of times... i tried taking off spaces and such like but thanks for that input.

More than likely, its the width of the your report. Try making it narrower. You may have moved something just a tiny bit outside the boundary. In which Access would compensate by widening your report.

Exactly... shrink everything on the right margin. Even remove stuff temporarily to see if that corrects the issue.
