extra page 1

hi there,
do any one have idea why i always have an extra page at the end of the report, showing the page header only with the rest of the page is blank !!

If you have any grouping, you might have some setting which are telling crystal to print another page

go to Section Experts<Yourgroup Name Footer<Print New Page after and ucheck teh option

thank's MisterMo so much for your attention, in fact i do check this option but i do so cuase i want a page break after each end of this group.
that's why i leaves a blank page at the end, so do you have any idea who to page break without leaving a blank page at the end ...

You need to use a formula to conditionally control the property:

Open the Section Expert and highlight the group footer where you have the New Page After property set.
Uncheck the check box next to New Page After and then click the X+2 button to the right of it.
Enter this into the editor:

not onlastrecord

That should solve the problem for you.
