Extra Info saved with images

WHen I right click on an image file, then go Properties/Summary/Advanced I get the Property & Value columns which gives details such as Width, height, camera model, Creation Software & exposure details.
How can I edit some of this information ?
For instance, the exposure details are incorrect if I have applied 1 stop of over exposure in post processing so I would like to edit the properties contents ??

if your imége is in psd mode, you can go under menu file > file info and adjust new settings
