We need to get a buy and sell so people on here can sell unused equipment and not get ripped off by how low the resellers pay if at all. I have a bunch of equipment but hate paying the ebay fees. Since we don't have one here can anyone recommend any good sites or resellers?

Sundance Communications forums have a buy/sell category. I've sold stuff there before. Don't get your hopes up about getting much more than what the resellers are offering you. Be it reseller or enduser whoever is buying is making a calculated decision on the amount of risk they are willing to take and possibly ending up with bad or unusable equipment.
