I have installed Extra Enterprise 2000 on a windows98 machine and use it to connect via modem to a unix system. I tested it at my site and the connections work fine and so does the software. I moved it to the remote site up the street and now when it connects it sits and waits for remote party to answer. There is no way I can get the Unix system to answer. Attachmate are of no help what so ever and don't even have a manual with the software. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem? I can dial into the Unix system from any other Kea session within the same building so I know it has nothing to do with the actual Unix system being slow in responding.
