Extra! Enterprise 2000 errors

I am tring to setup the client ver on a win2k laptop. I am getting the error " Internal Error 2878 Userdata location, Radio Group, Legacy" Does anyone know what this error is?? I have tried a BAT file and the EXE . Please email me!! ASAP
