Hello everyone,

This is my frist post (^-^)/

I am very new to this software, so please bare with me.

My uncle's company started to create animated digital menus. The guy who was created them left, so they got me for the time being.

Anyway, we use Director to create our animations/movies. The images we use are Tiff. When I take an image from the library and import it into director, then I choose "Background" or "Maat" to take the background of the image off, there seems to be some white dots all around the image. I tried editing them in paint and erasing them. However, when I pubish the file movei the dots still appear ;\ anyone has an idea of how to solve this ?

Thank you very much.

Does your image have transparent background? If so, import as 32 bit (alpha channel) image. If not, then I would first make the background transparent in Photoshop and save as 32 bit PNG before importing into Director.
