Microsoft has released info about this. It's a full session on what's new in Lync 2013. Presented by MVPs Mike Stacy, Tommy Clarke, and Derek Kerr, this will provide a deep dive into some of the components of the new version. It runs from 9am to 3:30pm, and costs $400. For more info, see
