Extra caused an invalid page fault

When trying to print, Extra 6.5, get error message "Extra has caused an invalid page fault in module ATMEPCNF.dll and also in MFC42.dll. Any ideas???

Search this Forum, I've seen similar problems with printing discussed. I would try a reinstall, but I don't remember what the actual solutions turned out to be.

Thanks, but I have already reinstalled. I read to delete the headers and footers in the print setting, and it seems to have worked. Keeping my fingers crossed
