extra blank spaces printed between lines

I am using Report6i, in the layout model, I created two lines as following (each line consists of a text object and field object):

supply subinventory1 : F_supply_sub1
supply subinventory2 : F_supply_sub2

Also, I group each line (text + field)into a frame.

When I printed out it, there are several extra blank spaces between line 1 and line 2, the following is an example:

Can anbody tell me why I got those extra blank spaces and how to get rid of them?
