We've got an HP 4100TN on our network and for some reason whenever anyone prints from internet explorer, a blank page is always printed afterwards.
We've tried printing from word, notepad etc and it's fine. It's also fine when printing from IE using an alternative printer.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

If you are using Internet Explorer 5.5 try this workaround :
1) Do not use the Print button. Click Print in the File menu.
2) In Internet Explorer 5.5, click View, Encoding, and choose Autoselect. This may help the print job to print correctly.

If none of these steps works please check this HP doc :

Thanks for your reply.
We managed to sort it out eventually by completely removing the printer driver and reinstalling it on another server. Slightly extreme measure, but at least it's working!
