Extra Blank Label When Printing To Zebra Printer

I am using Crystal Reports 8.5 to print labels on a Zebra Printer. I used the label wizard to set up the label to match the size specifications set on the printer. Every time I print I get one good label followed by a blank label. I have everything suppressed except for the details section of the report and the label dimensions are set. What could be the cause of the problem?

I've had a similar problem with a label printer before. The only thing I was able to figure out to make it work was:
1. Make sure that all of the fields used for the label are contained within the page margins set for the label; including supressed fields.
2. If the print operation has a "collate copies" enabled by default, disable.

Doing both of those things worked for our label report, but it took some experimenting with font sizes and field placements to get it correct.

I edited the label to make sure everything is contained within the page margins. When I print the report from Crystal Reports it works fine but when I print the report from the ActiveX Viewer I still get the extra blank labels. Is there anything in particular to the ActiveX Viewer that I should be aware of?

It's probably something to do with the Active X viewer. There are a number of articles and downloadable hot-fixes on Crystal's support website concerning the Active X viewer and printing extra blank pages. I would look there and check to see if the version of Crystal and Active X viewer you are using are included in one of the articles and/or fixes.
