Extra 6.5 sessions always corrupt

Here is the issue. I have extra 6.5 (unable to upgrade) on 6 w2k machines, and at least once a month I have to reinstall extra 6.5 because the sessions get corrupted. I have tried just copying over new sessions but they get corrupted as well.
Reinstalling fixes the issue but I am growing tired of reinstalling extra and not solving the issue. Any ideas?

Can you make the session files read-only? I usually don't have to save anything after the initial setup anyway.

I've been using Extra for *years* and never had that problem. Upgrading probably isn't the best solution anyway. I think the newer versions are crap.

I've found that 6.4 is the most stable version out there. See if you can unistall the sucker and try 6.4.

What kind of connection are you running with it? Try setting up multiple sessions and see if it happens with every one.
