I need some help.
We are using Attachmate Extra Office Client 6.5.
We have been receiving the following error message while booting up in the mornings.
Extra Basic Error!
Object value set to nothing, line 43, stopping macro playback
OR
EXTRA! Basic Error
Object value is set to Nothing
Line Number: 35
Stopping macro playback
This prevents the sessions from coming up and in many cases we need to recreate the session in order to get it to come up. However, even after recreating them, this error has come back the next day.
We have tried uninstalling and reinstall; We thought at one time it was due to an incorrect printer; We have checked NIC speeed; We have removed it from the startup and manually opened it, but all of this has not helped.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
