Is there a way turn off the feature that allows VMPro to retrieve an externally transferred call that surpasses the No Answer ime?
I have a user that forwards her desk phone to her cell. She wants the cell phone voice mail to answer instead the system VM. So far the only idea I have had is to increase the no answer time to be greater then the no answer time on the cell phone but I would prefer it simply dumps the call to the cell and forgets about it.
