Client has a CICS with 7.1 & a CP100. However, client also has 1 line that passes through the system and assigned to 2 phones for people that are sharing office space. This line has External VM with Bell & not using the CP100 at all.
Client claims that the message waiting indication is only working on 1 of the phones for that line, when it used to work on both sets (so they say). I verified that it is set to Yes in programming but still doesn't work. What am I missing?
