i have a dell laptop which has the external and internal displays set to primary.(not primary for internal and secondary for external).how and why does this affect the display when dual projectors are being used.i am using a vga amp/splitter to send to two projectors but one keeps dropping out when i share screens with the laptop.

The signal from the VGA out put of the motherboard from dell is not enough to support 2 monitor, so you went to use signal boot to display 2 monitor, what about
VRAM can you share more memory and try it again, so far I know of all currently
model notebook use memory share from your system ram. If bios allow to share more
ram for video go ahead and try it. it mind solve your problem? another thing you have to know the video signal support to boot the signal if the cable between the your notebook and monitor is in a long distance not for 2 monitor to be display at the same time.
