Has anyone run into a problem where external users can not access the secure gateway but internal users can?

I am using secure gateway and MSAM with Presentation 3.0 servers.

Man, I'm sure if you search the forums you'll find plenty. I would also suggest that you give some details (version of Citrix, version of CSG, etc.)... People are not going to respond w/out any details!

If its working internally but not externally, Id check your firewall settings to make sure port 433 is open.
