External users and GroupWise 6.5

Okay, I just upgraded to GroupWise 6.5 last weekend and everything is running fine to include my existing external users. But I need to create some new external users in the GroupWise system. I found out that I can no longer create users under the GWIA agent as I use to. I came in contact with the TID and did everything it told me to.

1. Create a External Non-groupwise domain.
2. Create a External Post-office
3. Create a user on the postoffice
4. Add the users alias in as user@domain.com

When I get to step 4, I press okay and then okay on the main applet but then I receive an error "Post office ambiguous" I've made sure that I don't have the same postoffice name on any of my systems so I don't know where this error is coming from. Does anyone know how to create external users on a GroupWise 6.5 system.

Don't worry about this, I believe I found my answer. I don't know if it's correct but I took the postoffice that they wanted you to create and then placed the proper alias on that. Then just created the user id's without doing a user alias and it seems to be working now.
