Hi all, Long time lurker first time poster.

I'm unable to get any solid information from knowledgebase or Avaya themselves on this so I thought it might be a good idea to ask here.

Can anyone comment from experience on how External MOH is setup on the IPO Server edition?
The documentation just states that Up to 4 usb devices can be configured or the system can use internal Wav files.

I need to know what USB devices have been tested, I assume these are simple USB sound cards but I cannot get any definitive information on Avaya's support pages, manuals or knowledgebase.

Thanks in advance guys!

Finally found something in an Avaya Powerpoint Doc..

The following USB audio devices have been tested:
Creative X-FI GO Pro USB
Asus Xonar U3

Note that while testing has been performed with these devices, Avaya will not provide support for the devices. USB MoH should work with any sound card which has a Linux ALSA driver.
