External Trunk Transfers

Can a incoming caller be transferred to let's say a cell phone on a Avaya ACS Key System running Version 5 software. If so, How?

Partner ACS is not capable. Maybe the new 6.0. You could get remote call forwarding from your LEC. Then you would be able to do it. Would be just like having off premise voice mail.

It is possible using Outcalling thru the Voice Mail System. But not thru a Live Operator...

Outcalling is available on Partner mailVS rel5 and above. BUT, to transfer a call you will have to A). wait for the rel 6 ACS (Due next month) OR B). get remote call forward from your LEC.
