External Transfer

I have a question? My Merlin Legend 7.0 is set to KEY. I can transfer calls internally on the Merlin just fine but, I can't transfer to an external number. Is there a way around this? Thanks

You need to enable trunk-to-trunk to transfer off-site. Your trunks also have to be reliable disconnect.

Works like a charm.
I added my extensions to trunk-to-trunk transfer and enabled reliable disconnect.

dial 9 for pbx dial tone
press transfer
hang up.

One more very important thing.

The call will not transfer until the called party either answers or it goes to voicemail.

For that
when you dial the number to be transfer hit (#) key then transfer the call.
