Does any know what needs to be done to allow external call transfer. Example: Admin iniates a call to an outside number then needs to transfer the call to a managers cell phone or home number. We are using a 61C with Sucession 3.0
If your outgoing route is the same as your incoming route, Then make sure that "TRMB" on your RDB in LD 16 is set to yes.
Also check to see if you are using TBARS / RARTS in LD 56.
Rdb has trmb and we are not using trunk barring or route access restriction. Before we upgraded from an opt 11c it worked. There has to be something I am overlooking that alows this.
