external transfer not working

i have a cs1000s release 4.5
im able to transfer calls internally but cannot transfer calls to external numbers
when i try to transfer im able to dial the external number to where i want to transfer but when i press the connect button the call will not transfer what could be the problem ,,

you have to allow CFXA (Call Forward all calls to external DN allowed) in the class of service on the phone you are trying to transfer from. The system defaults the phones to CFXD

-CFXA is for "Call forward" and has no relation to Transfer. The user is trying to Transfer a call externally.

The solution will be in one of the following:

-Trunk Disconnect Controls (LD16)
-The limitation that you cannot place a COT call and then transfer it to another COT destination
-Station CLS FTTU

wel was able to solve the problem, had to install deplists,

wel after installing the deplists it works for sometime then fails to work what could be the problem and the proper solution to this

The deplists wouldn't have done anything as far as I know. We were waiting for you to come back

well thnx the pabx uses a pri and does not have any analog trunks,

What about the other causes I posted? You're just telling us "it doesn't work" - that's not going to get you any good answers.
