This seems elementary stuff, but I can find no documentation that shows it or where to change it. When an external call comes in, the phone has a double ring. When an internal call comes in, there is a single ring.
I need to show it in writing, or be able to change it to prove my point to a rather persistent user who is convinced the system is sending 2 calls at once...And it's happening to everybody per this user.
