external program - Menu Item Availability

Hi,
Does anyone know where the list is picked up when the MI Availability is launched
In my test unit, after i start Menu Item Availability, i have more products showing than what i can see (from EM) subscribed to the same unit
My test unit hasn't got combo susbcribed but has 2 price tiers.
