I have an MICS 7.0 and trying to connect the external paging but it won't work. I can test the Bogen paging with my but set and the MICS page port. They will not work together. I tried using an avail C.O. port with the same outcome. Any ideas?

Do you hear anything coming out of the MICS on the external page pair, if so what kind of Bogen are you usinf

Sometimes you can hear the speakers give the alert tone and very very low volume. We are using the Black /Slate page pair from MICS. The page controller is a ZPM 3

Amps usually have either several different inputs, or a switch to change between inputs. When using the paging pair you would normally use the 600 ohm input. When using a CO you would use the dry input. Some amplifiers also need to use the contact closure pair. This would be the yellow-blue pair just below the paging audio pair.

The Bogen ZPM3 is a telephone-compatible zone paging module
with all-call and talk back capabilities serving up to three
one- or two-way paging zones. The ZPM3 can also be used in
a paging system independent of a telephone system.

Your going to have to operate this off a Trunk Port for it to work correctly

If i am using a trunk port I need some sort of additional voltage, Correct?
