External Paging on NS700

HI Guys.

Quick question.

I have to give a user external paging, so I created a key, which dials *3301, and have the paging system (dumb system... just an amplifier).

When I push the button I assigned for paging, the phones page, but nothing seems to be coming out of the mini jack.

Is there some other place I need to turn on the external paging. I've gone through the ns700 documents but don't seem to find anything.

Use *3332 is set to page all inc external pager

You can program any paging goup to include external under group/ paging group

By a default EPG1 is a member of User group 1, check setings 3.Group/4.Paging group /External pager.
EPG is asymerical output,is the input of amplifier an asymmetric input?
