External OWA Access

I can no longer access my Exchange 2003 server using OWA externally.

Internally it works fine.

Ports 80/443 TCP/UDP are forwarded to the IP of the exchange server...

What else should I be looking for??

Can you ping the server from an external ? If you are using IE remove the friendly error messages and see what the error is.

A slight correction....

I cannot access OWA internally using the external address...

Not that I really need to do this as I can access it fine on the internal address!

Pings the external address fine internally...

Create a cname in your local DNS Server for your external name. Point this to your internal server and thenyou should be in business
