Help please. Anyone got any ideas on how to include external numbers along with on site extensions in a hunt group. If I divert a member to an external number this doesn't work as putting on a diversion effectively removes that extn from the group. Software level is ACM4. Thanks in advance, Paul.

hunt-groups are for internal only. You may want to consider vectoring or remote coverage.
