External night ringing service

Customer has old system with the ABCD programming structure
They need to change the # that dials when they press the Night service button.
I can get into Ringing services, but can't find where to enter the number.
As an aside, is there any difference between that and just programming a button to outside autodial that # using F*1?

Once I figure out what "that" means, I might know better but Service Modes and Auto Dials are 2 different beasts.

All Norstar and BCM has "ABCD programming structure" and why I was confused.

What I should have asked is what model and what software level? this helps since they vary in features and structure.

I am going to see if I can get Service Modes to call out on my system.

Service Modes only allows DN's to be called, I was hoping it would allow Destination Codes.

Your going to have to get more details as to what process they do at night.

I just remembered an old trick...you need 4.1 software or up
You forward a dummy set (courtesy/kitchen/telrm etc) to an external number, have Service Modes call that DN in Night.
